How Long Will It Take You To Create My Order?
1) Each item has specific production times with Rush and Super Rush services available.
Once You Have Shipped My Order How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive It?
1) If you are located within the US, once the order is shipped, it generally takes 1-7 business days to arrive.
2) If you are located outside the US please be aware that International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on customs. Most orders are shipped the most economical way. If you would like to upgrade to Express mail please convo us for a shipping quote. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees ONLY! Again we will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees. If your order is returned to us for any reason we will not be held responsible and you will be asked to repay the original shipping fees. There are several reasons a package can be returned -- please be very careful to include your proper address, a telephone number you can be reached at, and make sure to respond to any customs notices left for you. If customs tries to contact you or deliver your package and you do not respond or pick it up it will be returned to us and you will have to repay the original shipping fees.
I Tracked My Package & It Shows Delivered But I Never Received It, What Should I Do?
1) All of our packages are shipped USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL and we do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution -- if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.
How Do I Order With Combined Shipping?
1) Our shop is set up to automatically discount & combine the shipping fees on all orders. The way Etsy works combined shipping is it charges you the full amount for the most expensive item to ship then discounts all the other items in your order.
We always want our customers to be 100% happy and we will certainly work with each customer to try and resolve any questions or concerns. Refunds are given on a case by case basis - please keep in mind each item is custom made to order and most items are personalized which inhibits most returns or exchanges. Please contact us directly to discuss a refund or exchange if needed.
We apologize, but we will not offer any refunds for customers that have made purchases without reading our lead times. In these cases we will offer store credit only.
